Fugetek FT-568 Selfie Stick Missing Remote ? No, It's On The Handle.

We have had questions about missing remotes in the package for the
FT-568 Selfie Stick. The remote is not missing.


1. The remote is located on the handle / grip of the selfie stick.

2. Recently, some remotes have been shipped facedown on the handle.
 
3. If the remote is facedown you will see 4 small screws on the handle, that is the remote. (There is 
no need to unscrew the screws, just remove the remote from the handle).
 
4. You can pop the remote out of the handle, and seat it facing up with the buttons showing.

Selfie sticks purchased between 7/24/16 - 10/23/16 are entitled to a replacement bluetooth remote. The original remote has an issue with iOS 10. The replacement is for iPhone users only, there is no issue with Andorid OS. *Any selfie stick purchased after 10/23/16 does not have an issue with iOS 10, there is no need for a replacement.

This Offer Expires Oct. 23rd 2017 for everyone. After that date, free replacement remotes will no longer be offered. Also, if you are beyond your 1 year warranty period and have not redeemed your free replacement remote during that 1 year warranty period, we can no longer honor the replacement.
